Our services are digital and are delivered electronically to the link you provide. This policy explains how delivery works.

1. Digital Delivery

All services offered by Voxon Social are digital marketing and promotion services. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is made electronically to the public social media link you submit when placing your order.

2. Delivery Start Time

  • Delivery usually starts within 0–24 hours of a successful payment.
  • Each service lists its own estimated delivery speed on the service page, which may be faster or slower.

3. Delivery Duration

  • Delivery time varies by service, quantity, and current platform conditions.
  • Larger orders are often delivered gradually to keep delivery natural and stable.

4. Delays

Some services may experience delays due to high demand, platform updates, technical issues, or restrictions on the target account or content. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

5. Partial Delivery

In some cases an order may be delivered partially and the remaining amount completed over time. If an order cannot be fully completed, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your Responsibility

You must provide a correct, public, and valid link. Keeping the target account or content public during delivery is required. Orders that fail due to incorrect or private links may not be redelivered or refunded.
