Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders that are already in progress or completed cannot be cancelled, as digital delivery begins soon after payment.
  • If you place an order with incorrect details, contact support immediately. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if an order cannot be delivered by us.
  • If an order is only partially delivered and cannot be completed, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion at our discretion.
  • No refund is provided for orders that fail due to incorrect, private, or invalid links, or where the target account/content was removed, made private, or changed during delivery.
  • As we do not guarantee specific results, refunds are not provided based on engagement quality or performance outcomes.

3. Wallet Balance

Any wallet or account balance added to the panel is non-refundable and can only be used to purchase services on the platform.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway or transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable, even where a refund of the service amount is approved.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email Voxonsocial@gmail.com with your Order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within a reasonable time.
